Welcome to Keith's Oaks Bar & Grill
Keith's Oaks Bar & Grill sits on Lithia Pinecrest Rd in Brandon and feels like a local stop with real character. The setting inside a quaint old house gives the place a warm, lived-in look that fits a casual meal, a beer with friends, or a night of sports on TV. I find that mix of comfort food, full bar service, and live entertainment makes it easy to place on a local dining list.
The menu leans into American bar and grill staples. Wings, burgers, onion rings, potato skins, sandwiches, baskets, and seafood plates shape the core of the experience. Reviews point to crisp wings, a solid grouper sandwich, tender steak tip alfredo, and dinner portions that give strong value for the price. The range suits lunch, dinner, and solo dining, with quick bites and late-night food in the mix. That kind of lineup keeps regulars coming back for a familiar meal that still feels like a night out.
Food & drink play a big role here, but the vibe matters too. TVs cover sports, the bar stays active, and live music, karaoke, trivia, and quiz night bring a social edge to the room. It feels like a neighborhood spot where groups settle in and familiar faces pile up. For a place with prices around $10 to $20, Keith's Oaks Bar & Grill delivers a practical, no-fuss dining stop with enough personality to stand out. Tiny local motto: good food, loud cheers, and a table that never stays empty for long.

About
I see Keith's Oaks Bar & Grill as a casual Brandon hangout with broad appeal. The address at 108 Lithia Pinecrest Rd puts it in an easy local spot for lunch, dinner, or a sports night with friends. The house setting gives the restaurant a distinct feel, less like a chain and more like a neighborhood fixture with history in the walls. That old-house charm adds a sense of place that many diners notice right away.
The atmosphere lands in the cosy range, with a crowd that often includes groups and regulars. Bar games, live music, karaoke, and sports keep the room active. The layout supports dine-in meals, bar seating, outdoor seating, and table service, so the place works for different kinds of visits. Reservations are accepted, which helps on busy nights, especially when dinner rush fills the room.
Accessibility is a clear part of the setup, with wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, seating, and toilet access. Parking also looks easy, with free street parking and a free parking lot. Families can plan ahead with high chairs and a kids' menu, while adults get a full bar, beer, cocktails, wine, spirits, and happy-hour options. I would call it a solid local stop for anyone who wants a relaxed meal with a strong social pulse.

What People Say
Most Liked
Guests often talk about the crispy wings, onion rings, and potato skins. The fried grouper sandwich gets praise too, along with baskets that feel filling for the price. Many diners like the large portions, the fair prices, and the easy comfort-food style.
The service gets strong notes from regulars. Friendly staff, fast table checks, and a welcoming tone show up in many visits. Live music, trivia, and sports on the TVs also give the place a steady local crowd energy that people seem to enjoy.
Most Disliked
Some guests mention a wait for food during busy periods, especially at dinner time. Wednesday evenings can feel packed, so seating and service pace may slow during peak hours. A few visitors also want more consistency from one visit to the next.
Parking and noise can shape the experience on event nights. Live music, karaoke, and sports crowd the room, which suits many guests but not all. I also see that some people prefer a quieter setting than a busy bar and grill can offer.

Keith's Oaks Bar & Grill is open once again. We went on Friday, October 25, and had a great time. We ordered wings and the jalapeno poppers. The wings were nice and crispy. The poppers were done well too, but the surprise was they were served with a side of a tangy sauce. Fantastic! The owner, Keith, came to our table several times and talked to us about the repairs from the hurricanes. FOG played that night. They were amazing, playing a selection of older songs that most bands don't cover. I highly recommend Keith's for a good night out.

This place is a true bar with great food and sports on all the tvs. I normally get the appetizers like potato skins and wings with my beer. But this time, we went for a full dinner, and I'm glad we did. I had the steak tip alfredo with salad. The meat was tender, and the pasta alfredo had a great taste. My sister had the chicken parm dish. It was very large and also had a great taste, she loved it. You get a lot for your money here, It's definitely worth a try.

Haven't been here in years and can say will definitely be going back more often. Cozy atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, reasonably priced, large portions and the same great tasting food that I remembered it to be. I got a fried grouper sandwich with onion rings and was not disappointed in the least. There was a little bit of wait for the food but our waitress kept checking back with us and it was well worth the wait.

Our food was delicious! We had lunch and the burgers were absolutely delicious! We also had fish fingers, onion rings, and loaded cheese fries which were all lightly breaded and tasted crisp and fresh. Our waitress Kim was great! Highly recommended!

I hadn't been here in well over a decade but I can tell you I'll be back! Service was amazing and the food was amazing. Took my dad and brother for Father's Day and it was better than we remembered. Got some crab cakes, jalapeno poppers, onion rings and chips and salsa for appetizers and for enters my pops and I split the Hoss(1lb) burger, and a full rack of ribs. The burger was amazing cooked perfectly to mid rare too. The picture is of my half of the ribs as this was probably the largest juiciest rack I've ever had from a restaurant. The bones pulled right out and for 18.99 we were just expecting some baby-backs not this... I live in Pinellas but I'll be back soon!
